Staying at this hotel was a frustrating experience mainly due to poor management and lack of attention to detail. While I appreciated the option to have non-smoking rooms, the insistence on charging for upgrades felt like a scam. The cleanliness was lacking, and it really made for an uncomfortable stay overall. The location is decent, being near some attractions, but the service and environment left much to be desired.
